The ordering process – Collection Range
1.Initial Contact
Great, you like what we do and you're ready to place an order!
The first step is to contact us either by phone or email. We will then send you through a form to complete with the details we need from you.
Once we have received your details, a 50% deposit is then required before we go further and start to produce a proof of your design.
2.Proof creation
Once you have let you know all the details we need, a 50% deposit is then required before we produce a proof of your stationery and email it through to you for your approval. This stage usually takes around 1-2 working days.
Once you have checked through the proof and given us the go ahead, payment in full is then required before we proceed with printing.
3.Printing and assembly
This is the really exciting stage when your beautiful stationery comes into life and is all meticulously checked and assembled ready for delivery. Please allow around 5 – 10 days for this stage.
4.Delivery
We then send out every order packed up carefully usually either with Royal Mail Recorded and signed for or we sometimes use a similar courier company. We always attempt to contact you before we dispatch your order to let you know when to expect to receive it.
